We all have at least one thing in common: the need to breathe to stay alive. Most of the time, breathing occurs subconsciously, involuntarily. The magic happens when we concentrate on our breathing: in doing that, we immediately arrive in the here and now. We become mindful, in the present, and in control. This intentional action of focusing on breathing is called breathwork.
Why Breathwork Is Important

Our physical, mental, and spiritual condition is reflected in our breathing patterns. When we are stressed or angry, our breath is shallow and hectic; when we are relaxed, we breathe deeply and calmly.
The good news is that we can learn to consciously control our breath and consequently promote or maintain our health. One easy way you can begin breathwork is by using the Lovetuner necklace. With it, we focus on calm, suspended exhalations that enable us to leave stress behind and master difficult situations in a more relaxed, objective, and focused manner.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork refers to the conscious breathing through the practice of various breathing techniques. The belief that there is power in the breath is rooted in ancient wisdom and now science is backing this up!
As you bring intention to your breath you are bringing balance to the mind and body. Breathwork is an all-natural way to enhance your wellbeing. Breathwork can be as simple as conscious deep breathing, or you can practice more advanced exercises.
The Lovetuner breathwork exercise begins with a deep inhalation through your nose and becoming aware of your thoughts. Exhaling slowly through the Lovetuner produces a subtle sound that allows the 528 hz frequency vibration to align the water molecules in your body, bringing you to a state of instant relaxation and the melting away of anxiety.
You can repeat the breathing cycles as many times as you like, but we have found that between 6 and 18 cycles is a good range for most people to fully relax the nervous system.
Benefits of Breathwork
Breathwork has a vast range of benefits, the most common reason people practice breathwork is to elevate their emotional state and decrease stress.
When we are unaware of our breathing and are anxious, subconsciously, we feel threatened, our respiration becomes shorter, and the sympathetic nervous system is activated. This creates a “fight or flight” reaction (activating our sympathetic nervous system) as it arouses our basic instincts for survival.
Stress Reduction
Stress is not a random reaction but has been designed to activate the sympathetic nervous system whenever we feel we are in danger. This is why our breath becomes shallow and our heart rate rises when we are stressed. Our brain signals our body to increase our respiratory rate, create shallow breathing, and rapidly increase our heart rate to help us “survive” the situation in which we find ourselves. We either fight for our lives or attempt to run away as quickly as possible.
The problem is, we rarely need these instinctive reactions for survival in modern times. We no longer need to activate our sympathetic nervous system nearly as often as our predecessors. We are bound, through our inborn instincts, to activating this system instead of remaining calm through the parasympathetic nervous system.
Increased Calmness
The parasympathetic system is responsible for the feeling of calm that overcomes you during meditation, and it is what brings to you the feeling you experience when you use the Lovetuner, which is calibrated to the 528 Hz frequency.
It is important to be aware of your ability to control your state of mind through your breath, letting the 528 Hz frequency work its magic. The Lovetuner calms your mind and brings you into the mindfulness state of the here and now, shifting your consciousness from your head to your heart.
Through conscious and suspended exhalation of the breath through the Lovetuner, we move from a state of stress (i.e., the sympathetic nervous system) to a state of relaxation (i.e., the parasympathetic nervous system). This self-regulation is achieved after only a few conscious breathing cycles. In this way, we activate our innate, self-healing abilities and achieve optimal well-being, balance, and health.
Breathwork Techniques
There are many different breathing techniques that you can utilize in your breathwork practice. These are some of the most common breathing exercises to get started with.
Deep Abdominal Breathing
This technique incorporates a long, deep inhale, expanding your belly, as you fill your lungs to capacity with air. As you exhale, you want to focus on releasing all the air captured in your lungs. By engaging the abdomen, you experience the full capacity of breath and stimulate the Vagus nerve, sending a message to the entire body and mind to relax.
When you incorporate the Lovetuner into this exercise, you are not only getting the added benefit of the 528 hz healing frequency, but you are also receiving an audible feedback to your exhale. This audible feedback encourages you to maintain a steady exhale, helping you to avoid the mistake of creating a short, forced exhale.
4-7-8 Breath
In this breathing exercise you are utilizing the breath holding technique in combination with a prolonged exhale which helps to transition from a state of stress into a state of relaxation. You are going to inhale for 4 counts, hold 7 counts, and then exhale 8 counts. When used in combination with the Lovetuner, you are connecting your exhale to the 528 hz frequency, which aligns your water molecules to provide a full body sensation of calmness within minutes that is usually achieved with a long meditation practice.
Alternate Nostril Breathing

For this exercise you’ll be. Here’s the steps.
- Start by placing the right thumb gently onto the right nostril (just enough pressure to block the air)
- Inhale in this position, through the left nostril.
- Then, hold the breath as you switch, placing the right index finger on the left nostril.
- Once in place, exhale through the right nostril.
- Inhale here, and then continue switching nostrils before exhaling.
This has a balancing effect on the body and mind. To incorporate the Lovetuner into this exercise and simply place the tuner into the exhaling nostril, you will connect to the 528 hz frequency and receive an audible feedback to your nasal exhalation.
Lovetuner Breathing Exercise
The Lovetuner combines a simple yet profound breathing exercise with the 528 hz Miracle Frequency.
- To begin, place the Lovetuner between your lips.
- Take a deep inhale through your nose, filling your lungs to capacity. You should feel your stomach and ribs expanding as you fill your body with oxygen.
- Then you are going to exhale through the Lovetuner. The goal is to maintain a steady, elongated exhale. The Lovetuner will provide you with audible feedback that will guide your breath.
- As you focus on your breathing, the tone of the 528 hz frequency elevates the practice, working on a physical and mental level to relieve stress and anxiety from your body.
We recommend repeating this cycle for a minimum of 6 times. To checkout more ways to incorporate this exercise into a mindful breathing practice, please checkout Lovetuner Mindfulness Practice.
Breathwork Effectiveness
Through testimonials and scientific studies, breathwork has shown to have significant positive psychological and physical effects. A study from the Frontiers in Human Neuroscience showed that slow intentional breathing enhances interactions between autonomic, cerebral and psychological flexibility, meaning your body and mind has a better ability to deal with stress, moving out of the state of fight or flight.
With the Lovetuner, each conscious exhalation puts our entire system into the vibration of the 528 Hz frequency. This miracle vibration has an extremely positive effect on our entire breathing system and thus starts us on the road to better health. Bioresonance and biofrequency testing show that the Lovetuner enhances vital signals up to 90% within 5 minutes of tuning.
Every conscious breath with the Lovetuner helps us step out of our self-inhibiting thought patterns, and thus arrive in the here and now to consciously perceive the moment. If you feel anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, or generally disconnected from life, the Lovetuner is the perfect mindfulness tool. With the Lovetuner, you are not only breathing slowly, but are creating a spiritually connected breath that transforms your exhalation into the vibration of Love: the 528 Hz frequency.
Making breathwork a part of your daily routine enhances your overall wellbeing by improving your body and mind's ability to handle anxiety and stress through conscious breathing. The Lovetuner amplifies the benefits of breathwork by incorporating the 528 hz frequency to not only provide you with a profound breathing exercise but also connect your body to the benefits of frequency and vibrational healing.
