Lovetuner is a meditation tool developed by Founder Sigmar Berg. It plays the Love Frequency, also known as the Golden Frequency. While this frequency has existed for millennia, the Lovetuner has been specially developed to make it easily accessible on the go! We’ve put together this guide full of tips and tricks to using your Lovetuner.
How do you Tune In?
The Principle: try it yourself and discover what it can do… alone, with a friend, or in a group. Here are a few tips for individual practice and use:
• Pull the Lovetuner out of the cap and place the side with the engraved C between your lips.
• Blow into the Lovetuner gently (as if it were a whistle or flute) to create a smooth long note with a constant volume. (We recommend a soothing and quiet tone, rather than blowing hard to make a loud noise.)
• You can make the note last as long as you like. Athletes have reported tunings of well over a minute per out-breath.
• After exhaling, inhale through your nose allowing air to flow into the center of your body. Just leave the Lovetuner between your lips as you inhale, and then exhale again with the next note.
• Repeat as long as it feels good — we recommend at least 6 in- and out-breaths.
• You can tune almost anywhere: at home, during office breaks, in the car, with friends, on your yoga mat, in nature, etc.
To protect your Lovetuner, place it back in the cap with the C facing up.
After You Tune
After tuning, why not enjoy the stillness for a moment? Then continue in your new “fully-tuned” state with whatever you were doing before.

Many tuners will use their Lovetuner during meditation to fully immerse themselves into the session. However, many also love to tune in during daily activities! Hikes are a great time to tune, bringing yourself into a more neutral state and able to fully enjoy the outdoors. Plus, the love frequency naturally connects us to that around us. Waking up:
The start to a good day involves positivity. Many modern psychologists call for self-care, including meditation, yoga, mantras, and more. Tuning in the morning can be a staple in your morning routine. While you’re preparing a warm cup of coffee, doing your general morning schedule, take some time to tune. You can do this upon waking up and tune for at least 6 breath cycles, or tune while doing your other activities if you’re in a rush!
Meditation and Yoga:
Lovetuner gives many of the same benefits as meditation, but with easier conditions. When you’re able to meditate or do yoga, why not turn it into a sound healing session as well? The love frequency is shown to heal DNA and reset water molecules (our own body being mostly water-based). This gives us the chance to get our body and mind right, all at once. Tuning while meditating or doing yoga is an ideal time to practice breathing meditation too!
Working:
It can be difficult to get into a routine while many of us are working or studying from home. With all the distractions of a comfortable bed, loud television, and the ability to snack as much as you want to, getting into the right productive headspace can be a challenge all on its own.
