Care Instructions
Wipe the Lovetuner with a soft, dry cloth after each use to keep the finish clean.
For a deeper clean, use warm water and a mild soap; rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive materials.
Remove the Lovetuner before showering, swimming, or sleeping to preserve the finish and chain. When not in use, store it in the original Lovetuner box.

What is the Lovetuner?

What does tuning mean?
Tuning is the act of using the Lovetuner to extend your exhale. The tube lengthens the time it takes to breathe out, which is the part of the breath that activates the body's parasympathetic — calming — response. "Tuning in" is shorthand for taking that breath.
What advantages does the Lovetuner have?

How do I tune correctly?
Inhale through your nose for a normal count, then exhale slowly and steadily through the Lovetuner. Don't force it — the tube does the work, lengthening your exhale naturally. You should hear a soft, steady 528 Hz tone for the duration of the breath.
How long should one tune last?
Six breaths is usually enough to feel a shift. Each breath through the Lovetuner takes roughly six to ten seconds — about double a normal exhale. There's no "right" duration; tune until you feel calmer.
Should I get the necklace or the keychain?
The mechanism and tone are identical. Choose the necklace if you want a daily, visible reminder of your practice — worn close, always in sight. Choose the keychain if you want mindfulness on hand without wearing it on your body. Plenty of customers eventually own both.
