Lovetuner ships all of our orders via major carriers such as UPS, USPS, DHL, and FEDEX. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders placed Monday-Friday are processed within 24 hours, orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday morning . Standard shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it is no longer in our control. Carriers no longer guarantee delivery times, so we can not make any delivery date guarantees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update and show an estimated delivery date. There are instances where the carrier will not scan in updates on the tracking of the package. If 10 days passes since the order has shipped and there are no updates on the tracking, then please reach out to support@lovetuner.com
