You have 14 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it.Only products purchased directly from Lovetuner.com can be returned to Lovetuner.Lovetuner products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.The product must be in the original packaging.

We understand that occasionally mistakes happen, and we appreciate your choice to shop with us. We strive to provide the best possible service, and we want to address a situation that may arise due to an incorrect shipping address.

If, for any reason, your item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, we regret any inconvenience this may cause. In such cases, we will apply 30% for transport and handling services associated with the returned item.

We want to ensure that you have the opportunity to receive the product you intended to purchase. Therefore, we will refund 70% of the original purchase price back to you. This refund is meant to assist you in placing a new order with the correct shipping information so that you can receive your desired item promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Replacements

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please request this from your Account Page.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a product over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned product.
